Line: [effort when Brent jumps down into the sewer] Ugh...just like I remember it: the city's rotten all the way to the bottom. Still...never thought I'd be here again, even after I graduated. Taranis' region doesn't extend out here, so we've never had to rescue slaves this far north.

My Direction: Where Brent 'lands in the sewer', it's more like he jumped in himself, and landed. In the scene before, he and some others are sneaking into the city of Axelius by way of the sewers, so it's a little drop.
He lands securely, so there's no shout of surprise.
For the 'Ugh...' it's more like reserved disgust, almost like he's offended cuz it stinks so bad. It's not comedic, either, just kind of like he curled his lip a little.

Further directed actor to drop into a grim, serious tone to capture Brent's disdain for the region he's entered due to the bad memories it dredges up.

My Direction: For this line, Aaron is kind of thinking out loud, and his tone is a bit more serious, given the situation. He's both confused and troubled by this engineer's lack of preparedness. Kind of imagine him looking down in a "chin-to-his-knuckle-thinking-pose", while he says this.

My Direction: For this line, I really need you to push for freaking out. Adiné's not calm or quiet for this read, she is wholesale-shocked, like, "Hold up, I just got here, you're telling me I might get fired like, tomorrow?!??!" If you watch anime at all, think of those over-the-top freakout moments that some protagonists have, and channel that energy here.
